Terms of Use

1. Introduction
This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of this mobile application (the "App") developed by Volkan Ozcelik ("we," "us," or "our"). Our
contact email is vulkanozcelik@gmail.com. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound
by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App
License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device.
Prohibited Activities: You may not:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative
works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the App.

3. User Content
User Submissions: You may be able to submit content to the App ("User Content"). You are solely
responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that it:
Is accurate and truthful.
Does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party.
Is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,
publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in
any media or format.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All right, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to all copyrights,
trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Volkan Ozcelik or
our licensors.
Trademarks: The App and other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in
connection with the App are our trademarks or those of our licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO
WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF
THE APP OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.

6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES,
WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL,
OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE
APP; OR (III) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the App. Your continued
use of the App after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the
new terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Republic of Türkiye].

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneouscommunications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with
respect to the subject matter hereof.
